We kindly request that you limit your pet's size to 25 lbs and ensure they are well-behaved and trained. pets must always be on a leash when outside the fenced area. You must inform us of your pet. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and backyard area. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside 9 meters from the building and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours between 9 PM and 8 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or any events involving a large number of people are not allowed in the house or in the backyard area. We want to maintain a calm and comfortable atmosphere for all our guests. Maximum Occupancy: The cottage is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Please ensure that the number of guests, does not exceed this limit for the sake of everyone's comfort and safety. Respect for Neighbors: We kindly request that you be considerate of our neighbors. Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb or inconvenience those living nearby, including excessive noise or loud music. Cleanliness and Damages: We take pride in providing a clean and well-maintained space. Please help us keep the house and outside area tidy during your stay and report any damages or accidents promptly. Any damages caused by guests or pets will be the guest's responsibility. Hot Tub Rules 🛁 – Guests must shower before entering the hot tub. No lotions, oils, or body products should be applied before using the hot tub. Please use the hypoallergenic, unscented body wash provided. If the hot tub is left dirty, oily, or contaminated with lotions, requiring extra cleaning, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning & Damage Fees 💰 – A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for vomit cleanup. Any damaged or missing items will be charged at their replacement cost.
